Job Purpose/Background:

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Italian Retail Sales Team, supporting senior sales and taking responsibility of some small clients on their daily needs. The role is based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help and support activities on strategic clients assigned to Senior Relationship Managers (training sessions, conference calls, meetings, incentives)
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with some small clients through the delivery of high quality client service and keeping an excellent attention to details
  • Direct activities by phone from the office or across the territory with FAs/PBs on behalf of Senior Sales
  • Supporting Senior Sales activities
  • Direct activities of maintenance and follow up on assigned small-medium clients (meetings and trainings with the salesforce across the country)
  • Respond to the requests of clients coordinating the efforts with other functions (Marketing, Investment Strategy and Business Support functions)
  • Work with Senior Sales to map and update contacts and activities on Spectra CRM
  • Work with Senior Sales to create and update forms for internal activities
  • Leverage the IT skills in order to improve/create new procedures and tools
  • Ideation and creation of sales decks
  • Develop the narrative for the products offered by leveraging a deep knowledge of the markets

Team activities

  • Be updated about funds strategies and markets
  • Work with the team for the delivery of overall client events like the Roadshow or other big events (annual event)


  • Experience in an Asset Management firm as Junior sales role.
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Strong financial background to understand the relevant product set
  • A general disciplined approach in order to have an accurate set-up to deliver a superior service
  • -Presentation skills, deep PowerPoint and MS office knowledge.


  • Professional experience in sales, sales support or comparable roles
  • Good research and data management skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
