Business Unit Overview:

The job profile will revolve around working in the field of technology support services like Email DL’s administration, AD group administration, AV and other technology platform support services. It will be a great opportunity to get a wide exposure to global technology support operations.

Job Purpose/Background:

TSC (Technology Solution Centre) team based on Gurgaon office this team is responsible to take care of AV building calls, Automated Distribution creation, Modify Manual DL’s , Software Assignment to machine and basic troubleshooting with user.

This team is responsible for completing approximately 4000 requests per month with an average completion rate of 300 tickets per person per week. Work completed by the TSC is integral to the day to day functioning of the firm, and the individuals entrusted with this responsibility will have an opportunity to further develop their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in performing user / Group administration in a Windows Active Directory environment

  • Experience in Exchange administration; creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders

  • Good understanding and command of Outlook/MS office applications – email correspondence.

  • Experience with work-flow management tools like HP Service Manager, etc.

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; provide documentation and accountability, Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities

  • Creating local office extension through Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)

  • Deployment of 3 rd party Software on user machines.

  • Scheduling Audio-Video calls through Cisco Director.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating system administration,

  • Basic knowledge of administration utilities like Active directory management.

  • Basic understanding of audio \ video conference technologies.

  • Basic understanding of network

  • Strong Communication skills.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BE \ BTEC \ other degrees

  • Certification like MCP and other will be added advantage.

  • 6-10 months of experience.
